New Caterpillar CG260-16 Gas Generator Just Arrived

At more than 14 inches in length, the Norscot Caterpillar CG260-16 Gas Generator (#55287) replicates a 16,586 cu. in. displacement 16 cylinder Cat engine, capable of operating on natural gas, biogas and alternative fuels. Its matched generator can deliver up to 4000 kW of electrical power at 60 Hz or 4300 kW at 50Hz in generator or co-generation applications. 

This 1/25 scale generator is a great addition for any "G" scale layout or diorama. It is constructed of diecast metal with only a few plastic parts and painted in a Caterpillar yellow paint scheme along with authentic Caterpillar graphics.
