They Saved Joe's Bacon!


I'm gonna take this chance to brag on our awesome customer service staff a little bit!

We had a customer email us with this story over the Christmas weekend.

This particular customer ordered an item for his son for Christmas, not realizing that it was out of stock and would not be restocked until sometime early next year.  

He said, instead of letting it slide, our customer service professionals took the time to call him, explain the issue, and get it taken care of! 

They found a solution, and a perfect gift-wrapped toy was in this customer's hands on the Friday afternoon before Christmas.

Thanks to Patrick and Marti for your commitment to providing a superior level of customer service!

I loved how this customer put it: "Thank you so very much for saving my bacon."
